A. Buying Refurbished Devices
1 Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after receiving the device.
After Delivery: Cancellation is not applicable. Please refer to the Return & Replacement policy below.
2 Return & Replacement (15-Day Policy)
You can return or request replacement within 15 days of delivery if:
- Device has a manufacturing defect or hardware failure
- Device received is different from what was ordered
- Device is Dead on Arrival (DOA)
- Significant cosmetic damage not mentioned in the listing
Returns NOT accepted for:
- Physical damage caused by the buyer after delivery
- Water or liquid damage
- Change of mind after purchase
- Damage due to unauthorized repair or modification
- Missing accessories that were not included in the original listing
3 Refund Process for Purchases
Initiate Return
Contact support within 15 days with order ID and reason for return.
Device Pickup
Our team will schedule a free pickup of the device from your address.
Quality Check
Device is inspected at our facility (2-3 business days).
Refund Initiated
Refund is processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
B. Selling Your Device
1 Sell Request Cancellation
Before Pickup: You can cancel your sell request anytime before our executive arrives for pickup. No charges apply.
At Pickup: You may decline the final offer if it differs from the quoted price. The device will be returned to you immediately.
After Payment: Once payment is made and device is collected, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed.
2 Price Revision Policy
The final price may be revised if:
- Device condition is different from what was described online
- Additional defects are found during physical inspection
- Device has been tampered with or has unauthorized repairs
- IMEI is blacklisted or device is reported stolen
You have the right to reject the revised offer and take your device back at no cost.
