Terms of Service

Casifysell provides the following services:

• Sell Service: We purchase used/old electronic devices from customers at quoted prices after physical inspection.
• Buy Service: We sell certified refurbished devices with warranty to customers.
• Doorstep Pickup: Free pickup service for devices being sold to us.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

• The quoted price is an estimate based on the information you provide. Final price is determined after physical inspection.
• If the device condition differs from what was described, the final offer may be revised or withdrawn.
• You confirm that you are the legal owner of the device and have the right to sell it.
• The device must not be reported stolen, blacklisted, or under any financial encumbrance.
• All personal data must be backed up and removed before handover. Casifysell is not responsible for data loss.
• Payment will be made via Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer as agreed at the time of pickup.

• All refurbished devices are tested and certified by our quality team.
• Devices come with a warranty as specified on the product page (typically 6 months).
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
• Prices are inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
